1. 服务说明1. The service
NailTheRole（“本服务”）基于你提供的经历资料和你粘贴的岗位描述，使用 AI 模型生成定制简历并支持导出 PDF。本服务由账户登录、点数购买和简历生成等功能组成。NailTheRole ("the Service") uses AI models to generate tailored resumes from the experience profile you provide and the job descriptions you paste, and lets you export them as PDF. The Service includes account sign-in, credit purchases, and resume generation.
2. 账户2. Accounts
- 你通过 Google 账户登录，需对账户下的活动负责。You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account.
- 你保证提供的经历信息真实，不冒用他人身份。You confirm the experience information you provide is truthful and not impersonating others.
- 你可以随时在账户页删除账户，这将永久删除你的数据。You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data.
3. 点数与付费3. Credits and payment
- 本服务采用点数制，无订阅、无免费层。生成简历按所选模型扣点。The Service is credit-based, with no subscription and no free tier. Generating a resume spends credits based on the model you choose.
- 资料对话和 PROFILE.md 更新不扣点。Profile chat and PROFILE.md updates do not spend credits.
- 支付通过第三方 Creem 处理，结算币种为 USD。点数不过期。Payments are processed by our third-party provider Creem in USD. Credits do not expire.
4. 可接受使用4. Acceptable use
- 不得用本服务生成虚假身份、欺诈性材料或侵犯他人权利的内容。Do not use the Service to generate false identities, fraudulent materials, or content that infringes others' rights.
- 不得滥用、逆向或干扰本服务的正常运行。Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
5. 内容与知识产权5. Content and IP
你保留你提供的资料和生成简历的所有权。你授予本服务为了向你提供服务所需的有限处理权限。AI 生成内容由模型基于你的资料产生，你需对最终投递内容负责。You retain ownership of the information you provide and the resumes you generate. You grant the Service the limited rights needed to operate and deliver the Service to you. AI output is produced from your inputs, and you are responsible for the content you ultimately submit.
6. 免责与责任限制6. Disclaimers and liability
本服务按“现状”提供。我们不保证简历一定带来面试或录用结果。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们的责任限于你为相关点数实际支付的金额。The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a resume leads to interviews or offers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant credits.
7. 变更与终止7. Changes and termination
我们可能更新本条款或服务功能；重大变更会在站内提示。你违反本条款时，我们可暂停或终止你的账户。We may update these terms or the Service; material changes will be noted in the product. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
