1. Information we collect
- Account info: your name, email, and avatar from Google sign-in.
- Content you provide: your career profile, pasted job descriptions, and uploaded resume text.
- Usage and transactions: credit balance, purchase history, and generation records.
- Measurement data: Google Analytics and X advertising measurement process limited information about page visits, ad clicks, sign-in, checkout, purchases, and first product use. Resume, profile, and job-description content is never sent for measurement.
2. How we use information
- To generate your tailored resumes and provide export, account, and billing features.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party processing
- Infrastructure: Cloudflare (compute, database, file storage).
- AI models: model providers accessed via OpenRouter to generate resume content.
- Sign-in: Google OAuth. Payments: Creem.
- Measurement: Google Analytics and X Corp. X may receive its click ID, a one-way hash of your email, event time, and purchase value when a conversion follows an X ad.
4. Analytics, advertising measurement, and cookies
We use Google Analytics and X advertising measurement to understand visits, product use, and advertising performance. First-party identifiers connect an ad visit to sign-in, checkout, verified payment, and first product use. Google signals and advertising personalization remain disabled. We do not send IP addresses, career profiles, resumes, or job descriptions to X.
5. Retention and deletion
Your account data is retained until you delete it. Unclaimed advertising touch records and platform delivery logs are removed after 90 days, and raw advertising click identifiers expire after 90 days. You can delete your account from the Account page, which permanently removes your profile, roles, generations, credit balance, and linked measurement records.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, though no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights.
